Issuance Online of Pre-Approved, No-Fee Sub-Permits

Sub-contractors that are approved for this program, based on their performance record, will be able to self-issue online, most no-fee subpermits that have been pre-approved during the primary permit review process. It will no longer be necessary for you to fax your application (although you may), or come in to the Building Division to submit, if you become a member of the annual program. These include various pre-approved, no-fee electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and roofing subpermits.

To join the program, complete the application form below and return it, along with a COPY of your ACTIVE STATE or COUNTY CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATION, to the address below. Please note that your license must be in good standing with the County. A permit application will be sent to you, if you check below to utilize the fax program.
